  • Nuragic civilization: Historical insights into an ancient land with settlements dating back to prehistoric times, including nuraghi, domus de janas, dolmens, and menhirs and their functions.

  • Festivals and traditions: Festivals such as Sant'Efisio in Cagliari, Cavalcata Sarda in Sassari, Sartiglia in Oristano, craftsmanship, and gastronomy as cultural aspects of this land.

  • Myths and legends: Sardinia is rich in legends and mythological figures such as Janas, fairies who dispense treasures, mischievous goblins, and darker figures like Sa Femmina Accabadora, S’Ammutadori, and Sa Filonzana.
